Rafik Soliman is currently one of the directors at Kasr El Dobara Evangelical Church,
overseeing multiple departments within the church, including HR, Technology, Administration and Operations, Planning, and Budgeting. He is deeply passionate about development and making things better. Rafik is committed to seeing Egypt become a better place and empowering our youth. He was born and raised in Cairo, Egypt, where he currently resides. Rafik is Married to Alyssa and has two daughters.
 

Rafik obtained a bachelor's degree in political science and management, with additional certifications in Business Intelligence, data Analytics, and strategic management. His educational background has given him the necessary skills to lead his current role effectively.
 

Before becoming full-time at KDEC in 2024, he had an extraordinary career as the CEO at Wellspring Camps, where he focused on developing programs that foster healthier and more resilient children.
